East coast of Mindoro Commercial Traffic
Hello;

Anyone ever transit off the east coast of Mindoro Isle thus off Luzon West coast? That would encompass traffic from Manila and Batangas Bay. Sailing in the Puget sound I never saw this level of commercial traffic.
