For those who fondly remember the time when there was no GPS, watermakers etc.

The Golden Globe RTW Race must be competed in boats similar to the one Knox Johnson single-handed RTWed

The final 3 who are still in the race are about 1000nm from the finish. We might have a woman winner this year.

Which is pretty awesome since she is the only woman in the race..........

Also after 20,000 plus miles of sailing the 1st and 2nd place boats are about 11 miles apart (DTF)
