How Do They Sail/Handle Owners Of (Wauquiez Amphirite 43) (Oyster 39) (Palmer J 43CR)

I am looking into these boats as my next boat, How Do They Sail/Handle Owners Of (Wauquiez Amphirite 43) (Oyster 39) (Palmer Johnson 43 CR), I believe they are all basically the same boat. Anyhow I can not find much information on how they handle and sail. I am looking to move aboard and start full time cruising and to do a complete circumnavigation. So I am looking on how she does in all types of seas and weather.

Wauquiez Amphitrite and PJ 43CR are the same boat (43ft)
Wauquiez Amphora (I own) and Oyster 39 are the same boat (38ft)
