New tool for line handling

Just got one of these for catching a cleat when no help is around. Hamilton Marine in Maine had the best price I could find, saw a link to a YouTube video somewhere & it looked pretty handy to have on a boat. It's really well engineered & built plus it floats, hope I don't find out if that's true.
