Rigging and Knot References

I'd like to find these in paper. I had my hands on the Bosuns mate manual while I was in the navy, but its gone missing over the years.

Bosuns Mate Strikers Manual:
http://www.boatswainsmate.net/BM/BMSWE.pdf

Rigging and knots from the Army:
FM 55-17 Chapter 6 Block and Tackle, Wire Rope, and Marlinespike Seamanship

Hope someone finds these useful

It's called a printer< add a three ring binder and you're home.

This link may be useful. There are many knots referenced here, not just the bowline.

tbodine88, If you are an old navy man, and interested in an historical book, I can send you a 1927 Bluejackets manual that my dad carried in WW2 as a merchant seaman. I am selling my house soon , and have been looking for a good home for this old book. PM me a mailing address if you would like it.____Grant.

Or save them on your hard drive. A digital pdf is easier to search than a binder. It also takes up way less space.
