Single-Handed Tips

I’m sailing from New England to Puerto Rico via Bermuda June 1. May have to single-hand my Hunter Cherubini 33. My biggest unknown is what wake/sleep cycles have you found to work best? The boat is tricked out for off shore and I know her well. I have both radar and AIS. Thanks for any advice.
