Re: What happened in Lake Travis, with the "boat parade"

Apparently a docked boat was sunk on the St Croix River and at least one other damaged by wakes during a Trump parade.

Re: What happened in Lake Travis, with the "boat parade"

Much as I'd like to see folks who are vocal about wanting to make my life worse knocked down a peg, I can't be happy about some other boat (or boats, plural) sinking. Even if it is a powerboat.

Put some weight in the front of a bowrider, add some rough water, throttle down so that your wake passes you and lifts the stern, then watch the bow submarine.

I took a wave like that on a bowrider once. Pretty easy to see how quickly that could go really bad.

If it was a Biden parade, the water would be glass. Like his rally's with 4 people in the audience.

Your right, he doesn’t need the fancy showmanship as he’s already up 10%

Fake news! The President said the other day that his support was in the 90% range and that the only way he could lose was if the election was rigged. You know you can trust him since he told us he would never lie.
