Blueberries in my galley

I've been trying some freeze dried Blueberries on my boat for the past few months.
I will definitely be keeping a can on board. Very intense flavor and even great right out of the can. Like candy which may not be a good thing if you go through the can too fast. Soaked a tablespoon in one cup of milk for twenty minutes adding some vanilla ice cream and blended great Blueberry milkshake. Made great blueberry pancakes too!

Freeze dried strawberries are pretty good too. I'll have to get some blueberries to try. I found "dried" blueberries at the store and tried them but they're more chewy-raisin-like and while they were ok, I still didn't care for them very much.

blueberries are better than strawberries and cherries are necessary as not available here......
sounds delightful.now i want blueberries.....
