Jane Joy makes a good point that provisioning in more than one trip gives one time to stow, think, evaluate, stow some more. When I provisioned in Fort Lauderdale it was by bicycle involving a few TOO many trips. Still, that gave me time to buy and can one batch of meat at a time. Your plans sound wonderful. Please keep us all posted.
