2 slicesgood rye bread, toasted. spread toasted bread with spicy brown mustard of choice.
braunschweiger, sliced , layer 1//4 inch...slice thinly brown onion, layer on top of braunschweiger...
with a GOOD garlicky dill, sliced into spears, on the side--yummm

Speaking about rye bread, mustard, pickles etc... who has had the intergalacticly famous pastrami with mustard and pickles on rye bread @ Katz's Deli in NYC?! OMG...

dammitjediicannotgetthathere....i can only really get mexican food here...


rattling a noo yoahkahz cage....now ye done it...i was ok with the braunschweiger--but ye had to go and ..jedi.....i KNEW for some reason you would say that......

while we are mentioning these--add corned beef and GOOD crispy still slightly green buttery flavored home made kraut and decent noo yoahkah mustard....horseradish....
