Provisioning for TransAt Crossing

Does anyone know of a standard provisioning list for dry goods (beans, flour, rice etc) for a transatlantic crossing with 5 people?

What is your e mail address? I have a 10 page Word document Provisioning list for the '08-'09 voyage my wife and i made to the Bahamas. It includes stores we brought for 6 month cruise and how much we actually used over 4 months.

There's a thread with some info that might be useful. Some members mention that they have provisioning lists that they're willing to share.

I can't get to the thread using the link I get 'page not found'.

I did a search and found the thread as this:

Anyone who wants our Word table which is as easy or easier to manage as a spreadsheet can request it at (debandlou@verizon.net). We sent a letter to the editor of Living Aboard and it is in the current issue. We have had about 15 requests for the list so far. We ordered the canned and dehydrated food from (internet-grocer.com).
