Shaped / Drilled Foam

Does anyone know where I can find cubic foam which has holes cylindrical voids which can be used to store glassware?
I've see all sorts of manufactured items come packaged in "shaped (usually gray) foam which the product is perfectly nestled into the foam and the foam fits into the carton.

Is it possible to drill and cut this foam and use it for storing glass etc in a boat? If so, where does one get it, what tools do you use and is it economical?

Also if one uses a brand new hole saw (sharp) one can cut holes in foam. Normally the holes are cut with a hot wire.

Thanks!

Any of those would work. I think I know where to buy the foam blocks, but I don't know the technology for drilling and cutting and if it is something I can economically do myself considering the low volume required.

Perhaps the vendor can cut the blocks and I can drill them.
