Taking a Chef for a Sail

What happens when you let a yacht chef come along for a weekend sail on your boat? Why they bring along fancy food..... rack of lamb! But they lose sight that some of us are not so used to such fancy food and we need to pair this with what we have on the boat. So you get a meal like this:

rack of lamb and chips
