Salt water pumps used to be common in galleys. Anyone use them any more?

Re: Water Consumption

mine was removed prior to last owners purchasing of boat. i want to re install but until i do, i pull up a 3 gal bucket of sea water when on a passage with which to wash dishes--
iff i go to a dock, as i did this named storm season, is irelevant, as i have a newly purchased filter on my hoses for filling tanks.

Re: Water Consumption

For 8 people, we use around 200 gallons per day, maybe more if we're not careful. Fresh water is basically free for me and I love it. We shower 3 times daily.
