watermarked?

What are your thoughts
I was thing of trying a dehumidifier to make water and a 5 stage filter?

Off the top of my head it sounds like a very energy inefficient way to make water. Even as a byproduct it doesn't seem like you could make much water this way. I catch the water that condenses from my refrigerator and freezer in 2 liter bottles so that water doesn't end up in my bilge. I only have to empty them weekly at most. My A/C generates a fair amount of condensation, but I'm not running the A/C when I'm out cruising. It would be far far more efficient to run the water maker than the A/C per unit of water produced. Obviously the A/C is not optimized for this use, but still it is perhaps two orders of magnitude different in production.

Dehumidifiers and reverse osmosis water makers have both been around a long time. If it were practical to use a dehumidifier to make water I'm sure people would have been doing it
