West Palm Beach Dinghy Dock? Where can I land?

The West Palm Beach city closed the public docks. Where else can I land my dinghy to re-provision? Is there a place to land near peanut island?
Thanks

I would think they're closed for recreation. I would recommend contacting the local authorities and explaining your situation. I can't believe they wouldn't let you come to shore to get supplies. Actually I can but that's my advice. PS. In Miami oleta Park is closed but I was told they're not stopping people from walking in or out, a lot of boaters in Anchorage use the park for land access.

My dinghy is currently on the south dock while I’m running errands. There were certainly closed signs on the north dock (where they were prep’ing for a boat show before it was cancelled) but I did not see one on the south dock this morning....though gate was still locked.

Closed is closed as to recreational purposes, i.e., non-commercial purposes.

WHEREAS, on March 22, 2020, Palm Beach County issued its COVID-19 Public Safety Order No. 1 whereby, among other things, pursuant to subsection two (2), Palm Beach County closed all boat docks, ramps, marinas, and any other venues used for launching any recreational vessels; and
WHEREAS, on March 23, 2020, Palm Beach County issued its Amendment to
Emergency Order No. 1, clarifying that subsection two (2) of Emergency Order No. 1 applies to all such venues utilized for any recreational purpose, including, but not limited to, fishing charters, boat tours, diving excursions, and the like, and clarifying that such venues may only be utilized for commercial fishing, commercial marine operations, and support services related thereto; and . . .

2. Effective immediately, all parks shall be closed to public access.

. . .

4. The Sheriff of Palm Beach County and other law enforcement personnel are hereby authorized and directed to enforce this directive.

6. This Order shall remain in effect until the expiration of Palm Beach County's Declaration of Emergency or until terminated or amended by further order.

. . .

WHEREAS, it is strongly recommended that all persons stay at home

I called the WPB city, and they said the public docks cannot be used to collect local groceries. There are hundreds of boaters on anchor here in lake worth. I wonder were they are landing their dinghy to get food?

Mine was there all day yesterday with no issue. Needed groceries, laundry, and new water pump. Only other alternative I know is Palm Beach Sailing Club @ $20/day, assuming they are still allowing it.

Yeah, but it’s not $20 a day either, closer to that for a month, but it’s been a couple of years. For that, you get a shower, a place to dispose of trash and a place or have parts shipped to.
Pre Covid of course, I have no idea now

Is Phil foster park open? They used to allow 4 hours, have good water, and easy walk to Publix. I think they are Riveria Beach.

I have not been there myself but a neighboring live aboard takes his dinghy to the west side of the Blue Heron Blvd bridge. South side. There is a laundromat there and Publix.

Try the north end of Lake Worth lagoon behind Old Port Cove Marina, up at the far end there is a small bridge for A1A and a small patch of beach for landing your dinghy, Publix is a quarter west on your right in a shopping center.

Would anyone notice if you used the dock that is closed? If there is no one there, I suspect you would not be noticed.
