Your Favorite Meal?

My favorite is as much a technique as it is a meal. I have 2 stainless steel containers that fit inside my pressure cooker. I'll put meat or pre-cooked beans in the bottom one and put rice and a sweet potato( if it's big I cut it in half) in the top one, sometimes I add chopped onions, garlic, tumeric, even kale,cabbage, bell peppers and mushrooms. Having enough water to come up halfway on the lower container sitting on chopsticks I pressure cook for about 7 minutes and put in my insulated box before I raise anchor and it will be ready at lunch time hot and perfectly cooked.

And the stainless steel containers have lids so I can put the leftovers in the fridge, no extra dishes to wash. When it comes time to eat the leftovers I just put one of the containers back in the pressure cooker bring up to pressure let come off pressure naturally and its hot and ready to eat.PS I almost always add cheese.
