See my edit above. It's been a while though. a bracket and outboard isn't going to be cheap. It's going to be hard to reach controls for sure. Get 'er fixed! Is it just overheating or...? |

You need to buy one of those adjustable stern brackets. Not cheap and a PIA to install. A 10-15 hp OB should be fine for a 33 ft boat. Have you considered getting the Perkins fixed? or is it... |

Well, somebody added that to try to get better windward performance. It's not a pretty mod but no big deal as long as water isn't getting into the keel cavity from the bolt hole! My guess is you will... |
