“Leaky Teaky” doesn’t bother me as it’s a broad term covering all manufacturers. You are correct all screw down teak decks end in replacement due to leaking screw penetrations.

I will add a ton of fiberglass decked boats are also suffering from core rot.

So you think it is impossible for someone to rebed all the hardware and fix the leaks, but not repair all the stains?

If you want to argue just to troll, that's fine. But it doesn't make anything you say correct. Not all boats under 100k leak. Unless you have personally examined the million or so boats in this category you are unable to prove otherwise.

Dude… you can’t have water stains if the boat didn’t leak.

Your boat, like all other aging boats, leaked. That’s why it has water stains.
