    Sorry, only just seen this. Haven't logged on for an age.



    You've probably made your choice bur FWIW my opinion is - The Piana is interesting but if I'm honest it's more of a weekend camping boat than a serious cruiser. The in boom furling is a pain. I had a pair of mercury 9.9 outboards and had constant issues with them. Hopefully the Honda engines fitted by the new owner improved reliability although I suspect that they'll still very much auxiliary power and not to be relied on in difficult conditions.

    Hi, I think your old Piana 30 is for sale again. I have a tiki 30 but am looking for something with more accommodation that still sails well. Ideally I would like something bigger around 34feet but probably need to go to 38 but then I saw the Piana and wondered if it would be an option. Grateful of any thoughts. Thanks Dave
