I'm buying my uncles 1981 watkins, I read on a post you liveaboard yours. I was wondering if you had any advice of stuff I should fix up on the interior when I get it? I plan on airbnbing it here up in Buffalo so I want it in good liveaboard condition. And I will be sailing and doing some cruising on it as well.
