What I was offering to you what I offer at my job. I could be your "on-call" person who would fill in at a moment's notice (more time, if you can) to take over for crew that has an emergency or needs to address other issues that take them away from the boat for a period of time.
I live in the Phila/NY area, if crew has to leave for a pd of time and they can rejoin you after their short stint, I'd be the person that could fill in as crew. Hence, I would be on call for your short-term needs. I'm hoping that clears it up.
About me, I am a 54yo male. I am an RN whose given anesthesia in a trauma center for 29 years. I am well versed in CPR etc. My job means that chaos is a part of life for me, so I can handle any situation. I have a job where I have long periods of time off during the year.
