Hi David i have no experience at all , but i do have and idea for you . A young couple on a Leapord posted a video about there crossing . You may already know or have heard of the them. Gone with the Winns . They are pretty new to sailing and have an excellent vlog. Maybe you can watch it and them watch it with your wife . Hopefully it will smooth out your soon coming adventue.
