The cheap devices available on ebay are devices returned faulty devices, swapped to a new device by Garmin.

You have to buy power/nmea cable and a ga30 gps antenna in order to get it to work (but there is no guarantee - RMA device).

I bought one myselve for $200 and it worked :O)

If you by one - just pm me and i will give you the instructions to factory reset it
