Sorry I did not see this response earlier. The answer to your question is yes and no! I can and do 12V wiring, however the boat needed both 12 and 115 at the same time so I had it done by a pro. It needed all new panels and in-service as well. I am not a qualified electrician.

Lester, I saw your post on the reefer problem do you mean to tell me that you are paying someone to re-wire your boat? Do you not have the knowledge about DC wiring?
