I am on the extreme end of the bell curve for recovery. My shoulder is still uber stiff and sore. They haven't started any strength building exercises yet. Last week the said I couldn't pick up anything heavier than a toothbrush. Friday they gave me some 2# weights to swing on my arm a little bit. Of course I have been using it for stuff. I have trouble closing the driver side door with it as it just doesn't want to stretch out that far. And it is way sore, especially at and after PT. I'm still on the HD meds but cutting back. The doc bumped me up to PT 3x/wk instead of 2x, and he marked "aggressive" on the order. But the therapists can only go as far as my shoulder will go and that isn't much. I'm frustrated but making some (little) progress every week, so I am optimistic. I can't lift my arm much more than horizontal without help and about 75 degrees from vertical with help. Thanks for asking.

how's the shoulder holding up? Should be up and through rehab by now.... enough strength to trust it yet?

No snow here in Anacortes this year, and have never seen it this late in the year. It was wet enough to severely break historical records for most rain. Flowers blooming, tulips up now that daffodils are harvested in the fields. Some gorgeous days. But I am laid up after shoulder surgery. Which is keeping me from peeling more off the onion. I'm going through the exact issue. Every project checked off the list created 2-4x more projects for later. Some of them are so scary they get pushed in front of the project that put them in the open. Sigh - boats...

A little late in gettin back on your reply... havin my coffee and still waking up. I'm still getting my "list" of things to do with WFC, and it's almost overwhelming. Last week, I pulled a plate off the cockpit flooring and replaced it, and all the collateral damage needs to be cleaned up. Next issue is getting the in mast rolled main pulled down and having the leech reinforced. yadda yadda yadda.... on my own for a couple days and am leary about getting something started and then the problems become more aparant like the layers of an onion. Would be great if my wife was psychic so she could just understand and I wouldn't have to explain each time I contemplate the potential problems with each bolt removed... lol. how you holding up in Anacortes? I hear there is still snow dropping from time to time? What's up with THAT?
