Hi there! Regarding your post about a boat swap, I am potentially interested. I'm not sure exactly how it would work though. I live year round in Puerto Vallarta and recently purchased a 39' C&C Landfall (center cockpit, Bob Perry design). It is set up for cruising but needs some work that I am slowly picking away at before I would take it more than day sailing. You said next year potentially, so I should have everything done by then! What kind of time frame are you thinking?
