    Hi Michael,
Apologies for just seeing this message. I don’t know the intricacies of this site regarding messages. Once again, sorry.
In answer to your questions— To me, Nauticat’s and brokers don’t mix. Seems to me most buyers are looking for a sloop, ie; Catalina, Benne, Jenneau. They look at a Nautiicat and are frightened by the mizzen, staysail, pilothouse etc. I believe a Nauticat should be sold by the owner, not a broker. Just my two cents worth.

Hi Captain, just saw your comments about it being a seller's market and your thoughts about seeing all of it as a learning experience. AGREED ! See that you are a fellow Nauticat owner. We have a 44' . I have a quick question for you. Every time I look on Yachtworld I see the same 43--44' for sale and there is about a total of 20 listings. We are not selling but why if it is a 'seller's market' do almost none of them every get sold ? Makes me wonder sometimes. Our Nauticat has had a ton of work done to it. Any thoughts from you would be welcome. Michael. I am also at 410-913-2330
