In answer to your questions— To me, Nauticat’s and brokers don’t mix. Seems to me most buyers are looking for a sloop, ie; Catalina, Benne, Jenneau. They look at a Nautiicat and are frightened by the mizzen, staysail, pilothouse etc. I believe a Nauticat should be sold by the owner, not a broker. Just my two cents worth.

Hi Captain, just saw your comments about it being a seller's market and your thoughts about seeing all of it as a learning experience. AGREED ! See that you are a fellow Nauticat owner. We have a 44' . I have a quick question for you. Every time I look on Yachtworld I see the same 43--44' for sale and there is about a total of 20 listings. We are not selling but why if it is a 'seller's market' do almost none of them every get sold ? Makes me wonder sometimes. Our Nauticat has had a ton of work done to it.
