hi , i read your post from last year about a boat in the philippines and registering the boat elsewhere like panama or belize. My company owns a boat in Manila. It is registered in HK. We are thinking of having it registered elsewhere as it might be cheaper to maintain than HK. My question is , do you know how to about registering the boat in belize or panama? Is there a company in Manila who can do it for me?
