Hello LouK - Your comment on the "Docking in a strong wind" thread caught my eye. My partner, Kate Mathews, took the docking course at the Maryland School of Sailing the same time that your wife, Deb, took it. Apparently they knew each other before taking the course - from previous careers (at least, for Kate). My boat is in Galesville, and I'm in the Annapolis area frequently. Perhaps one day we can get together. - Rick
