I'm thinking on sailing from Uruguay to the Caribbean and US in 2021. I will need a documentation service agent to advise me.
I own a Lagoon, my boat is registered in Delaware-US (I know that from US perspective I can not fly a US flag), and the boat main port is in Uruguay.
I fly the US flag in Uruguay and it is perfectly accepted down here.
