Hi Dave, really bummed at your situation. I have sent another South African your way. I will gladly play the go between for you. I have Hennie sailing on my Dean 3 weekends a month. All he wants to do is buy my boat! Let me try and work on him and see if I can get some traction. Please share some details with me: motor hours and work, sail ages and what compliment, sailing electronics: age and function. What are the projected maintenance jobs for the next three years?

Hi Peter, I have not got a new home for her yet. Have an $80,000. sight unseen offer but right now it seems like too great a loss to absorb as I,m still feeling not too bad. Sorry it's taken so long to get back to you but I can't sign in to the forum on my phone.
We are on the boat now for a few more weeks so I have no access until I get into town. Getting desperate price is rock bottom at $120k.
