Sorry for the belated reply. For some reason I did not get a notification that you sent me a message. Perhaps because a moderator on CF decided to pull my post perhaps due to pressure from Dream? At any rate, I looked at the the L421 in La Paz in May of 2021, so if you are looking now it's the same boat. I did a full survey on the boat. The survey uncovered major issues. Dream was not willing to negotiate, and I walked away. Gerry Jacob is the most untrustworthy and dishonest broker I have ever encountered.

I just read a thread of yours about a Lagoon 421 in La Paz by DYC with a French Broker. I must say it was depressing since I am currently looking hard at a Lagoon 421 in La Paz by DYC with a French Broker.

Makes me wonder if it is possibly the same boat!? 5 years later? Any thoughts ideas?
