I've seen your post about setting up a nav station using a mini-computer and a monitor. I am very interested in doing something similar on my boat! Do you mind if I ask you more details?

1) How did you get GPS in your computer to use OpenCPN?
2) I guess you bought a cheap, wireless keyboard/mouse combo, correct?
3) Any preference between AMD and Intel boxes? Is there a difference?
