I saw your post re 40’ ketch. I am actually the administrator for the Facebook Irwin Sailboats group. I liveaboard my 46’ ketch. Come join us. You’ll find a number of 37’ ketch rigs.
Next up I have a Spanish insurance company I refer folks to. They require a recent survey which you’ll have with your purchase. But unlike most US companies they do not have geographic limitations.
