Good move! As soon as I sell out I'm heading to Texas - tired of all these transgender snow flakes that think the world owes them a living. I figure I can get an ocean front place on Galveston Bay with my own dock for about half of what I'll cash out for here in the PRK. I think you'll find the same in parts of Florida just maybe not Miami or Ft. Lauderdale but there's some good deals on the gulf side, Sarasota to Pensacola.
