If you might be interested in a sailboat chart business I know of a good opportunity in central florida gulf coast. Couple has ~2004 Beneteau 50 sailboat worth $150-175k plus a deeded slip in good marina worth $150-200+k plus an up and running daysail charter business generating over $50k annually already on a part-time basis.
They're asking $420k which may be a bit high but it is definitely a nice deal for the right people.
