Go to Photos drop down at top of page, click on members galleries, then click on "P" look down for Paul in Oz and the click on solar set up. That is diagram of my electrical system at present.

Two groups of three panels each group being 990 watts. each group has it's own Flexmax 80 MPTT controller. This setup with the panels fixed flat IE: not tilted towards sun will give up to 130 amps charge into the batteries in full sun. Have also seen 30 amps of charge in the rain.

My inverter is a 3000 watt. which runs a microwave, or a toaster or a electric jug or a coffee machine or when batteries fully charged and still sun available I run the 1200 watt water heater off of the inverter via a 1 hour cut off timer switch so I do not forget and completely flatten the batteries.
