Spice Rack. This was actually the bottom third of a Tupperware plastic cake container. I turned it on edge, whacked off the middle (using the two ends so I ended up with two shelves for my spices) ... Also, I hung a 1/4" piece of plywood paneling between the sink and stove that just fits aluminum foil, baggies and such -- it's above the paper towel hanger (tied to the shelf bottom) again, making use of space that would be wasted otherwise.
