It is bulkhead mount and includes everything that was shipped with it from the factory. It's new and still has the factory wrappings.

Parts are so expensive over there I’ve experienced it myself and the shipping is also outrageous so the best way for an Estonian to get a heater is to have someone hand carry it on the airlines it’s really the only way these days

It looks like it’s bulkhead mount is that true and the tank is included… want to make sure I get my information right before I tell someone else.

The person who wanted the stove was in Estonia. Tried for weeks to get it organized but every step forward was rewarded with yet another obstacle. So, stove is available if you are still interested.
