Fermenting
Attempt at eating healthier and preserve food without chemicals or cans.
Green cabbage: 16-45 day ferment 
Turned out alive and delicious! Approved for boat food.
Cultured half and half: 40 hours on countertop at 70 degrees. Delicious! Limited use on hot boat unless had fridge.
Red Cabbage: same as green cabbage but prettier. Perfect boat food.
