    Hi Rick,


    Sorry for the late reply, I didn't notice that I had a message. I ended up going with a couple of PSS Shaftseals that have worked great over the past 15 years, replacing the bellows ever 6 years. I suspect that if you can't find a metric stuffing box that you may be able to use the closest size SAE. 1 1/4" for 30 mm for example.

    Hi - I realize it is an old thread but were you ever able to find a supplier of metric stuffing box? I have a traditional penta rubber seal but want to replace it (when it fails I have to do a haul out) with a stuffing box. I have looked at all the more modern dripless ones but they all seem to be a single point of failure compared to a traditional stuffing box. My boat is in the Philippines so will have to order it internationally anyway, so country of origin is not an issue
