10a. 1981 Carol @ Bean Hollow. This was previously a 10 acre pheasant hatchery right on the beach, half way between SF and Santa Cruz.. It was now an agricultural biotech research center. We were the caretakers and lived in a little comfy shack. We put the Daedalus behind the barn and we both worked for the biotech company over the hill in Redwood City. Carol with her biology degree worked in research and I became the company "Director of Facilities" Previously, I had many years of facilities design and management experience. Once I completed a project I was on and accumalated some $$. I was off on another adventure. That was my life and I have never regretted it!
