Hello Pete. I hope you are fine. Yesterday was my "Hallelujah" day. Received and installed 4 news Yanmar 729670-53100 injection valve assy.
Miracle, no more smoke on exhaust. Thank you again for your fantastic help, have a nice day, Paul.

    I please have 2 questions.
My 4JH3-E Yanmar number is E20999.Parts catalogue shows 2 part numbers for nozzles protectors.
    -119625-11870 from first .-119625-11872 from engine E26160 .
-119625-11870 from engine E26284 .Do you know if this is correct ?
Now I am in a mess concerning inserting of protector on nozzles.
First I set the protector on the nozzle, dry, and push it up as high as I can.
Then I push nozzle seat in contact to nozzle case nut.
And then apply torque value on upper nuts.
When I do remove injectors and analyse protector position, their almost are passing over the nozzle seal. And then create a thin thickness between seal and nozzle case nut. Those are Bastia Corsica last news. YTC Paul.

Hello Pete , hope you are fine. I continued working in my engine.Out of my old injectors, I build a false crossing injector.I found a compression gauge and did test my compressions.
This are the values we got on four cylindres, n° 1.2.3.4. Each one is at 18 bars.
And that seems not too bad.I did order from Yanmar dealer 4 complet injectors assembled units.
