Hello Folks, I stumbled across this site researching RO units more specifically a DIY unit to produce at least 75 GPH once I get the kinks worked out I want to build a 200 to 400 GPH system. I'm in the process of building a 98 foot power boat that will haul passengers and freight inter-Island. I also have several small Islands around me that import all their water, so if I have a large enough unit I can fill my tanks while running and sell the excess. I also plan to provide hot water for showers and laundry for my crew of 7, I learned quite a bit already reading / sifting through the site and I thank you for sharing your knowledge. I will do the same as this project progresses. My new boat was delivered in December full of dry rot so I had to hire a new crew and replace about 70% of the ribs and stringers and 100% of the plywood. thank you for letting me join the forum. Braun.
