I've sold my charter boat & just put a deposit on a 1986 hunter 40 Legend. Maybe I'll be able to sail away in the next few years.

Sorry for the delay on replying. I get pretty busy sometimes and forget to look at the Forum. We live in beautiful Townsville and my pilot work is for Oversize Loads on our roads which sometimes keeps me pretty busy and that stops us unfortunately from going out sailing as often as we would like.

Yes I still live in Geelong. I run a charter boat here. Looking for a 40'-45' yacht to sail off into the "wild blue yonder". 40 south is where I have done most of my sailing/boating. Where in NQ do you live? Boat pilot or plane?

If you are still in Geelong, that is where I grew up and I still have a good mate living their. I now live in Nth Qld and have done so on and of since 1978. Anyway just wanted to say hello.
