Hope you don't mind me writing you, but I have a good friend that is selling His 40 ft Cape Dory (which is an Alberg design). The boat just completed a circumnavigation. The owners took extremely good care of this vessel. If you are interested just let me know.(I am not a broker, nor will get any money for this)
