This is the fabrication stage of the box interior.  The silver foam is a mockup of the coldplate.  The shelves were built to better use the space at the turn of the bilge.  These shelves were later drilled for a u-shaped PVC plastic tube which will conduct cold air from the cooler side of the box to the higher end, aft, using small pancake fans and grills. Next step after that was filling the shelf box with spray foam to eliminate condensation pockets inside the structure.  Then everything is coated with white pigment West System, and sanded for paint.
