New board made by John Prentice of Westport. 3x 3/8" marine grade plywood, laminated with System 3 silver tip, then shaped close to the NACA foil in the plans. After drawing the grid from the plans, we cut the foil profile in a thick piece of plywood, then ran a skilsaw over the male pattern about every 6", then used a power plane to cut down to the skilsaw grooves.
