If you expect that a boat can go halfway around the world, have no wear and tear and need no repairs along the way your are sadly mistaken. You should know better with your previous sailing experience. Get with it - pay the delivery captain for his time and reimburse him for any repairs that he paid for. You have just written yourself out of the great sailing/cruising community out there. Wake up!
